Shadman Escort Service
Shadman sits in the middle of Lahore, which makes it one of the simplest districts to book in. Our Shadman escort service covers Shadman Colony, the Jail Road edge and the Race Course side, with identity-verified companions, published rates and cash-only payment. Companions reach Shadman from Gulberg, Model Town and Mall Road in a quarter of an hour or less.
Shadman is central, and central means easy
Shadman occupies a genuinely useful position. It sits between Mall Road to the north, Model Town to the east, Ferozepur Road to the west and the Race Course stretch to the south. Very few districts in Lahore have that kind of access to the rest of the city, and it shows up in every practical part of a booking.
Arrivals are quick. A companion starting from Gulberg III can be at a Shadman address in twelve minutes off-peak. Someone coming from Model Town needs barely ten. Even a companion travelling from Johar Town faces a journey that is long but direct. This is why Shadman bookings get confirmed faster than bookings in the outer districts.
Travel costs less. The PKR 2,000 to 5,000 outcall component sits at the bottom of the band for almost every Shadman address, because the companion is already close. Over a year of regular bookings that difference adds up, and it is one of the quieter advantages of this district.
Options are wider. Because Shadman is reachable from everywhere, the shortlist you get on a weeknight is longer than the shortlist available in, say, Bahria Town or the Bedian Road stretch. If you have a particular look or language preference, you have a realistic chance of finding it here.
What Shadman is not is anonymous in the way a Gulberg hotel corridor is. It is a residential district with a working market and a strong social texture. Not as tight as Anarkali, considerably less formal than Cantt, but a place where people notice a car parked outside a house for two hours. That shapes the etiquette section further down this page.
Shadman rates for 2026
We publish the same bands citywide, and there is no separate Shadman price. Here they are.
| Booking | PKR |
|---|---|
| 2-hour incall | 15,000–25,000 |
| 2-hour outcall | 18,000–28,000 + travel 2,000–5,000 |
| Dinner date | 25,000–35,000 |
| Full evening | 45,000–75,000 |
| VIP tier | 60,000 and up |
The spread inside each band reflects four things: experience, language, appearance and how far in advance you book. A companion in her third month sits at the lower end. Someone with two years behind her, fluent English and comfort at a formal dinner sits at the top. A same-hour booking costs more than one arranged the previous afternoon.
Shadman demand pulls from the mid-range and upper-mid tiers rather than the very top, because the premium names work the Mall Road and Gulberg hotel circuit. That is not a criticism of the area. It simply means that if you want the most expensive name on the list, you are more likely to get her for a central hotel than for a Shadman flat.
What is not negotiable is the structure. The figure agreed on WhatsApp is the figure handed over at the start of the meeting. Nobody arrives and invents a surcharge unless you both agree to extend and both agree the new number. If a companion tries to renegotiate at your door, end the meeting and message us.
Cash only. No bank transfers, no mobile wallets, no booking tokens. Sending money before a meeting removes every incentive on the other side to show up, and that single rule is the reason this market still functions. The full rate card covers multi-hour and overnight pricing in more detail.
Hotels near Shadman that take visitors
Shadman itself has guest houses rather than proper hotels, and their visitor policies vary in a way that is hard to predict from a listing photograph. The properties around the market and the Jail Road edge are family operations with thin walls and a general reluctance to allow visitors after ten. Some are workable. Many are not.
The pattern that works is booking eight minutes north on the Mall Road. The Nishat Hotel on Mall Road, Avari Hotel Lahore, Pearl Continental and Faletti's are all inside a short drive and run a professional front desk culture. Companions are entirely comfortable arriving at those properties, and the lobby is anonymous in a way a Shadman guest house never will be.
The Jail Road and Davis Road cluster is closer than the Mall and worth considering. Premier Inn Davis Road, Park Lane Hotel, Mall View Hotel and Hotel Pak Heritage all take guests and several are fine with visitors during the evening. Confirm the policy before you confirm the companion. That one phone call saves an entire evening.
Move east toward Model Town and the options change character. The properties on the Model Town Link Road side are quieter and more residential in feel, which suits a long evening better than a busy central hotel. They are also slightly further from the companion pool, so expect the travel component to sit mid-band rather than at the bottom.
For a first booking from Shadman, the Mall Road option is the safest choice. Three conditions hold at every property. The room is in your name. You are checked in before anyone travels. The front desk permits visitors. Break any one of those and a companion ends up standing in a lobby at midnight. Our hotel visit guidance covers the full sequence.
One honest warning. Do not book the cheapest room you can find on a side street off Jail Road and assume it will work. The rooms are small, the walls carry every sound, and several of those properties have had problems with visitors in the past. If the hotel costs a few thousand rupees more for the room, it is money well spent.
Travel times from Shadman
These are our working numbers, measured on ordinary weekdays.
| Destination | Off-peak | Evening peak |
|---|---|---|
| Mall Road, The Mall stretch | 8 min | 15 min |
| Gulberg III, MM Alam Road | 12 min | 20 min |
| Model Town | 12 min | 18 min |
| Lahore Cantt | 15 min | 25 min |
| Anarkali | 10 min | 18 min |
| Johar Town | 28 min | 38–45 min |
| Lahore airport | 32 min | 45–55 min |
The weakness in these numbers is the Mall Road approach at peak. Everything heading into the centre funnels through a small number of roads and the signals are unkind between five and eight. A companion routing from Gulberg at half past six should be given a fifteen minute window rather than expected at the exact minute.
The airport run is the other slow one. Thirty to fifty five minutes depending on the clock, and priced at the top of the travel band for that reason. If you are flying out of Lahore and want company before you go, book the timing generously rather than hoping traffic will cooperate.
Inside Shadman and the blocks immediately around it, movement is quick. The roads are straight, the grid is clear, and a companion who has the address written out properly will find your building without phone calls. That is more than can be said for some of the older districts.
The blocks, and how to describe your address
Shadman Colony is the core, laid out on a regular grid that drivers learn quickly. If your address is in the colony proper, send the block letter and the street number and you will have no problems at all.
The Jail Road edge behaves differently. It carries commercial buildings, offices and a stretch of older residential property behind them, and the street pattern is less regular. Send a landmark that is actually lit at night, meaning a mosque, a school gate or a shop that is open late. A pharmacy that closes at eight is not a landmark at eleven.
The Race Course side is quieter and greener, with larger houses and more space between them. Arrivals there are straightforward, though a companion navigating after midnight will appreciate a gate number rather than a description of the house.
On the Ferozepur Road side, the buildings are taller and the intercom systems more common. Send the flat number and the intercom name. A companion who arrives at an intercom she cannot operate at ten at night is calling you from a lobby while you wonder where she is.
Across all four, the same rule applies. Street or block, building, floor, one landmark. Add a gate or intercom detail where one exists. Four lines in a WhatsApp message saves fifteen minutes of phone calls and the whole tenor of the evening.
Who books in Shadman, and what they book
The largest group is local men who live or rent in the district. They book two to four hours, usually outcall to their own flat, and they tend to stay with one or two companions once they find someone reliable. Weeknight bookings dominate and the conversation is a bigger part of the evening than clients expect.
Second are the office crowd. Shadman sits close to the offices around Jail Road and the Mall approach, and men finishing a late shift sometimes book a hotel room rather than go home to an empty flat. Those bookings are short, practical and easy to arrange.
Third are visitors who have chosen a Shadman guest house for the central location. These clients need the most help with logistics, because a guest house in a residential district behaves very differently from a Mall Road hotel.
Fourth, and growing, are clients booking a companion for a business dinner. The restaurant scene within ten minutes of Shadman is strong, and a companion who can hold a conversation across a table is worth the dinner band to a man who spends his evenings alone. Say what the dinner is when you book so the right companion is suggested.
Fifth, couples. Two people booking together, with both partners in the conversation from the first message. These need more notice and explicit boundaries, and they work well when nobody improvises. Shadman is a natural setting for them because the residential streets are quiet and the hotel options nearby are anonymous.
What unites all five is a preference for clarity. Shadman clients send complete information, confirm the rate, and expect the evening to run as agreed. Business and event bookings have their own page if that is what you need.
Incall or outcall from Shadman
Incall means you travel to the companion at a hotel room. Outcall means she comes to you. Shadman produces more outcall than most districts, because most people booking here are in their own flat or house.
Outcall pricing starts at PKR 18,000 for two hours plus travel. Within Shadman, the Race Course side and the colony itself, travel sits at the bottom of the band. Push toward Johar Town or Bahria Town and it moves up accordingly.
Incall makes sense in three situations. If your building has strict visitor rules after ten, which is common in the newer Shadman blocks. If you are staying in a guest house that does not permit visitors. Or if you simply prefer a neutral room where nobody from your circle can walk past.
For incall, expect the PKR 15,000 to 25,000 band and an address sent once you confirm. The hotel will usually be on the Mall Road side rather than inside Shadman, because that is where the properties that accept visitors actually are.
One practical warning for both formats. Do not send a companion to a building you have not walked yourself that day. Shadman colony blocks are regular, but the edges toward Jail Road get confusing, and a driver dropped at the wrong corner at midnight has no reliable way to fix it.
How a Shadman booking runs, step by step
Message the desk with your area, timing and duration. If you want an outcall to a specific street, send the full address now rather than after you have picked a companion. We can tell you immediately whether it is navigable.
We reply with the available companions, a short description of each, and the rate band she works in. Ask your questions here rather than after she arrives. Experience, language, whether she is comfortable with dinner first.
Confirm the rate in writing. Before anyone leaves home you should hold a message stating duration, price, travel component, start time and the address or hotel. If that message does not exist you are not booked, whatever either of you believes.
Prepare. Cash in hand, room straightened, and for a residential address the gate or intercom sorted before she arrives. For a hotel, the front desk informed. Ten minutes of preparation removes most of the friction people imagine about this.
On the night, cash at the start, then the agreed hours. Raise extensions early. Message the desk rather than improvising in the room. Our how to book page walks through the same sequence more slowly, and the communication guide shows what a well-run thread looks like.
Verification on both sides
Every companion listed here is checked against a government ID and a live selfie. The name on the ID has to match the face in the photo, and the photo has to be recent rather than pulled from an account that has not been touched in two years. Companions who cannot produce both are not listed.
Clients are checked more lightly. A first name, a mobile number that answers, and the hotel name where a hotel is involved. Repeat clients are verified once and then trusted. The purpose is not building a database. It is making sure that when someone arrives at a Shadman address at eleven at night, both people involved know who is on the other side of the door.
You can ask for mutual verification and most companions will send a live photo or a short video note once the basics are agreed. Some will not, which is their right. If a companion refuses any verification and still wants money in advance, that combination is the clearest warning in this business. Hang up.
Hotel verification has an extra layer. Before a companion travels to a Shadman-area property we expect the room to be in your name and the hotel identified. A booking where the client refuses to name the hotel gets declined without discussion. Our verification page sets out the full checklist.
Honest limitation. ID checks catch the obvious frauds. They cannot promise chemistry and they cannot promise you will enjoy the evening. After verification the real protections are the cash rule and your freedom to end a meeting that is not working. Both are built into how this service runs.
Scams that reach Shadman
The advance transfer scam is the most common everywhere and Shadman is no exception. A beautiful photograph, a price well below the real band, a request for a small payment to hold the booking. Once the money lands the number dies. This service never asks for advances.
The bait-and-switch price is next. An advertisement quoting PKR 8,000 for two hours, then a VIP package surcharge at the door. If a price is far below the published band it is not a bargain. It is a bill with a delay attached.
Third, the phantom hotel. You are told a room is booked at a Shadman-area property, you arrive, and the room is in someone else's name or does not exist. This is why we insist the room is in your name, checked in, before a companion travels.
Fourth, the agent. Someone inserts himself between you and the companion, takes payment, and either vanishes or delivers nothing like the photographs. There are no agents in this service. You speak to the desk and then to the companion.
Fifth, recycled photographs. Ask for a verification selfie holding two fingers up, or a note with today's date. Genuine companions do it instantly. Scammers stall and go quiet. Everything else we watch for is on our scams page.
Sixth, the payment reversal. A large note is produced, change requested, then the note is claimed counterfeit after the meeting has started. Count the cash together at the start, in good light, and hand over only the agreed amount.
Etiquette in a residential district
Shadman sits between the formality of Cantt and the density of Anarkali, and the etiquette reflects a district where neighbours know each other.
Discretion matters more here than in a Gulberg hotel corridor. Do not photograph anything in the street. Do not ask a companion to pose outside a recognisable building. Do not play loud music in a car parked outside a house. Each of these creates a real problem for somebody.
Be punctual. Shadman clients notice a ten minute delay and companions working this area have usually travelled from Gulberg or Model Town. Traffic is a legitimate reason. Silence is not.
Have the cash ready and count it at the start. Awkward the first time and never awkward again. Do not hand over a stack and ask for change unless the change was agreed beforehand.
Respect the boundaries stated before she left home. If a companion said dinner and conversation, that is what she agreed to. Pushing past it ends the meeting and gets your number flagged. A higher price does not rewrite a no.
Hygiene and presentation matter. A shower, clean clothes, a room that does not smell of last night. Companions notice, and the clients who skip it stop being offered the good names.
Privacy runs both ways. What is said stays here. What happens stays here. A client who screenshots a private conversation to share in a group chat finds his number removed without discussion. Our etiquette page covers the full expectations.
When we decline a Shadman booking
Under eighteen on either side, without discussion. The same applies to a client too impaired to consent clearly. Those bookings are cancelled.
Bookings that push past a companion's stated boundaries are declined even at double the price. Money does not rewrite a no, and a client who tries gets blocked rather than negotiated with.
We do not send anyone to an address missing a street, a floor or a landmark. That sounds fussy until you have watched a companion sit in a car outside the wrong Shadman block at midnight unable to reach anybody.
Group bookings, party bookings and anything involving recording. No photographs, no video, no exceptions. A companion who finds a phone pointed at her leaves immediately and keeps the full fee.
And no second chances for numbers already flagged. A client who refused the agreed cash, ended a meeting aggressively or harassed a companion does not get another booking. The list is short and it protects everyone on both sides.
First-time clients in this district should read our first timer guide before booking. It covers the questions people are too embarrassed to ask, and it applies to Shadman as much as anywhere else.
Timing: weeknights, weekends and the office calendar
Tuesday through Thursday are the easiest nights. Demand is steady, the shortlist is long, and a specific request has a good chance of being met if you message before ten.
Friday and Saturday behave differently. By nine on a Friday the strong names are gone and Saturday is worse. A booking made at eight for nine-thirty on a Saturday gets whoever is still free. Message in the afternoon for a weekend evening and you will have three names to choose from instead of one.
Sunday is underrated. The weekend clients are at home, and a companion who wants one more booking will often take Sunday at the standard rate rather than sit idle. If the budget matters more than the shortlist, book Sunday.
The office calendar matters here more than in residential-only districts. Month-end and the days around a fiscal deadline push demand up across Shadman and the Mall Road approach, because the men working late are the ones booking. Plan around your own work calendar rather than assuming a random Tuesday will be quiet.
Ramadan shifts everything later. Meetings start after ten and the whole city runs on a different clock. Our timing page tracks the seasonal pattern so you are not guessing.
Dinner first around Shadman
Dinner bookings are a meaningful share of what we arrange in this district, and the restaurant options within ten minutes are genuinely strong.
The Mall Road corridor is eight minutes north and carries the formal restaurants that suit a five-hour evening. Gulberg III is twelve minutes and has the widest selection in the city. Both work well and both are used regularly by our Shadman bookings.
Closer in, the restaurants along the Jail Road and Model Town Link Road side are less crowded and better for a first meeting where conversation matters more than atmosphere. They are also easier to reach without an hour in traffic, which matters on a weeknight.
The classic pattern is dinner at a proper restaurant followed by a hotel meeting or an outcall back to your flat. Book it as a dinner-band booking from the start rather than trying to convert a two-hour meeting into a restaurant evening afterwards. The hours have to match the plan.
For what is open late, our nightlife notes cover the inner city.
Shadman compared with the districts around it
Clients often ask whether to book Shadman or move the meeting somewhere else. The honest answer depends on where you actually are and what the evening needs to feel like.
Against Gulberg, the gap is hotel stock rather than anything else. Gulberg has more hotels, more restaurants and the largest companion pool in Lahore. If you want a five-star dinner and the widest choice of companions, book Gulberg. If you live in Shadman and do not want to spend twenty minutes in traffic first, book here and accept a slightly shorter shortlist. Rates are identical either way.
Against Mall Road, the comparison is about the room. Mall Road sits eight minutes north and carries the proper hotels, which is why a share of Shadman clients end up booking a room there rather than an address in their own district. The base rate band does not change. Only the setting does.
Against Anarkali, Shadman is easier in every practical sense. Anarkali is denser, older and genuinely hard to navigate after dark. Shadman colony is laid out on a regular grid that a companion will find without phone calls. A client who has had a bad experience with an Anarkali address that nobody could locate will appreciate the difference immediately.
Against Model Town, the two are close enough to be almost interchangeable. Model Town is greener, quieter and slightly more residential in feel. Shadman has a working market, more offices and a faster route to Mall Road. Companions treat the two as one territory and price them the same.
Against Cantt, the difference is formality. Cantt has controlled gates and a social texture that some clients prefer. Shadman is more relaxed and considerably easier for a first booking, because there is no checkpoint to explain and no sector number to send.
Against the southern districts like DHA and Bahria Town, Shadman wins on proximity to the companion pool. Those areas pull travel to the top of the band and lengthen the wait. Shadman is central, which is why the travel component here sits at the bottom more often than almost anywhere else we cover.
None of these are wrong choices. Book the area your accommodation or home is actually in. Sending a companion across the city because you read that another neighbourhood is better only costs you money and half an hour of waiting.
What companions look for in a Shadman client
Companions working this district weigh three things before accepting a booking, and knowing what those three things are explains most of the availability patterns you will run into.
Safety first, and it is mostly about information. A client who sends the block, the building and the floor in his first message scores far higher than one who writes "come to Shadman, I am alone, will pay more". That second message reads like a trap even when it is not, and it gets forwarded to other companions with a warning attached. Specificity is the fastest way to build trust with someone who has never met you.
Pleasure second, and it surprises clients. Money is obviously the point of the evening, but a companion who dreads the meeting books shorter hours with that client and eventually stops replying to him. What makes a Shadman booking pleasant is not complicated. A clean flat. Polite conversation. A man who listens instead of delivering a monologue about his career. Someone who does not spend the first hour establishing how important he is. Companions remember the easy evenings and they remember the draining ones, and the draining ones cost the client better availability next time.
Clean money third. Cash at the start, agreed amount, counted together in good light. A client who offers to pay in instalments, or who produces less than the agreed figure and promises the balance later, gets marked across the service. So does a client who argues about the travel component after she has already driven across the city.
There is a fourth filter specific to residential districts, and it is logistics. A client who books a companion to a flat where three relatives are sleeping in the next room is asking for a situation that cannot end well. The clients who get the best service here are the ones who plan the setting properly before the evening starts, rather than improvising it at eleven at night.
None of this is demanding. A man who would treat a business associate with basic courtesy clears every one of these bars without trying. The clients who struggle are the ones who treat the evening as something they are owed rather than something two adults are arranging together.
The practical result is straightforward. Send complete information. Be pleasant for the agreed hours. Hand over the correct cash at the start. Do those three things and companions remember your name, and the weeknight slots open up for you before they are offered to anyone else.
A Shadman evening, hour by hour
Concrete detail is more useful than reassurance, so here is how a typical booking in this district actually runs.
Half past seven. You message the desk. You give your block in Shadman Colony, say you want three hours starting at nine, and mention that you would prefer outcall rather than a hotel. You get a reply within twenty minutes with two or three free companions and the rate each charges for three hours.
Eight o'clock. You pick a name and ask two or three questions. Experience, language, whether she is comfortable with dinner first. She asks you a couple back, including which block you are on and whether there is a lift. Those are not idle questions. They decide whether the arrival is smooth.
Eight twenty. The rate is confirmed in writing. You send the block, the street, the floor and one landmark. Cash is counted out. The room is straightened. This is the part clients skip and then regret.
Nine ten. She arrives. Cash changes hands at the door, before conversation, before anything else. Companions are instructed to hold that line and clients who respect it get a relaxed evening rather than an awkward one.
Nine fifteen to midnight. The agreed hours. Dinner can sit inside them, eaten at a restaurant on the Mall Road side or ordered in. Conversation is normal and, on Shadman bookings, is a larger part of the evening than clients expect.
Midnight. The hours end. If you want to extend you should have raised it at eleven, not at midnight while she is already reaching for her bag. An extension agreed early almost always gets a yes. The same request at the deadline usually gets a no, because she may have another booking waiting.
That is the whole shape. It is unremarkable, which is the point. After two or three bookings this stops feeling unusual and starts feeling like arranging dinner with someone you know.
Extending, rescheduling and stopping early
Extending is the most common mid-evening change. Raise it before the original hours expire, say how much longer you want, and agree the figure while there is still time for a yes. Extensions are priced proportionally, normally half the original duration at half the rate.
Shortening is fine if you raise it honestly. If an hour in you can tell the evening is not working, ending it politely beats sitting through another sixty minutes out of guilt. The companion keeps the agreed rate for the hours that ran.
Rescheduling needs a message before the companion leaves home. Do that and there is no charge. Once she is on the road toward Shadman, a small travel fee may apply because the journey has already been made.
Stopping entirely is always permitted. Say so politely, hand over the agreed fee for the time that ran, and that is the end of it. Nobody has to stay in a room they want to leave, on either side.
If you want a longer night rather than an extension of a short one, book it properly from the start. The full night page explains the rate band and how overnight bookings are structured. Converting a two-hour booking into a full night at the two-hour price is the fastest way to sour an evening.
